Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is Pyrite Group SASU, a company registered in France (229 RUE SAINT-HONORE, 75001 PARIS — RCS PARIS 103 406 799). For any question regarding your personal data, you can contact us at hello@pyrite-group.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to share with us:

  • Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Newsletter subscription: email address.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and operations purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Purposes and legal basis
  • Responding to your inquiries (legal basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest).
  • Sending our newsletter if you subscribed (legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time).
  • Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website (legal basis: legitimate interest).
4. Data retention

Contact messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request and up to 3 years after our last exchange. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

5. Processors and data transfers

We rely on carefully selected service providers to operate this website:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting.
  • Formspree Inc. (United States) — processing of form submissions.

Where data is transferred outside the European Union, these providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies, local storage and audience measurement

This website does not use advertising cookies. We only use your browser's local storage to remember your display preference (light or dark theme). This information never leaves your device.

For audience and performance measurement we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are cookieless: they collect aggregated, anonymized metrics (pages visited, country, device type, loading performance) without tracking you across websites and without storing any identifier on your device. This measurement only runs if you accept it in our consent banner.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage for a maximum of 6 months, after which we ask again. You can change your mind at any time via « Manage cookies » in the footer of the website.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict its processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@pyrite-group.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority — cnil.fr).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with its update date.

Let's talk about your project!
